Responsibilities:
- Scan and digitize documents using a scanner or other scanning equipment
- Organize and maintain scanned files in a systematic manner
- Perform data entry tasks, including order entry and updating records
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing paperwork
- Transcribe information from scanned documents into electronic formats
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and accuracy of scanned documents
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding document handling and confidentiality
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in an office or clerical role is preferred
- Proficient in using scanning equipment and software
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create pivot tables and perform basic functions
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing information from scanned documents
- Basic math skills for performing calculations as required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues
